Paratransit Policies

Just over half of agencies that filled out our survey gave a response about their paratransit policies. The vast majority of those who responded stated they do not currently have any plans to modify their paratransit services.

Limiting passengers-per-vehicle

Microtransit Policies

Agencies that are modifying their microtransit services are taking a variety of different approaches, including cancellation, limiting passengers-per-vehicle, and expansions of microtransit service.

Reduction of vehicles on the road
